FH6 Series 2 Autumn Challenge Update U4GM

Autumn in Series 2 always changes the pace a bit. The roads feel busier, the events get more specific, and if you are still building up your wallet, this is a good week to keep an eye on your FH6 Credits before jumping in too fast. The Week 2 challenge puts the focus on one odd but fun choice of machine, and once you know the order of tasks, it is not too bad to clear without wasting time.

Getting the Syclone First

The car you need here is the 1991 GMC Syclone. Right now, the cleanest way to get one is still the Autoshow. If you are in a hurry, that is probably where you should go first. The auction house can be worth checking too, especially later in the week when players who already finished the challenge start listing theirs. Early on, prices can be messy. People know the car is needed, so the market gets a little silly for a while.

Once the truck is yours, do not just leave it sitting in the garage. Drive it a little so the game properly registers it. That small detail catches people out more often than you'd think. After that, head to the drag strip and get ready for the next part.

Two Drag Races at Irokawa Quarter Mile

Your second task is simple on paper: finish two races at Irokawa Quarter Mile Drag Meet. The site sits in the southern side of Nangan Region, and if you have already unlocked fast travel nearby, getting there is quick enough. You can use the Syclone or switch to another car if you prefer. Either way works.

One thing to remember is that you need to join the correct race setup. Just hopping into a busy public event can sometimes fail to track the challenge properly. It is safer to pick a clean grid slot and run the races that way. If you have not unlocked the right wristband level yet, you will need to sort that out first. Also, if you want the launch to feel sharper, turn off Traction Control and Stability Control. It makes a noticeable difference in a drag car, even one as strange as this.

Wreckage Skills and a Night Street Race

The third step sends you back into the Syclone for some light chaos. You need three Awesome Wreckage Skill rewards, which means smashing roadside objects like signs, poles, and bits of street furniture while keeping your pace under control. Too fast, and the rating jumps up to Ultimate, which looks nice but does not count for this challenge. That is the bit that trips people up. You want speed, just not too much of it.

After that, the final job is to win a Street Race in the same truck. Street Races only run at night, and they feel very different from the other events. Traffic gets in the way, visibility drops, and you do not get the same clean racing line you might rely on elsewhere. If you know one course better than the others, use that. If not, pick a shorter route and keep the difficulty low. A race like Rainbow Bridge Descent is a decent shout if you have it unlocked. Take it steady through the corners and do not try to force every pass. The Syclone is quick enough, but it is not magic.

Other Autumn Events Worth Catching

There is more going on this week than just the weekly challenge. Some of the older Daily Challenges are still hanging around for a short time, but they will start expiring as Week 2 opens up, so it is worth clearing any that are close to done. A fresh set of daily tasks will also keep rolling in across the week, one at a time, so there is always something new to chase if you only log in for a short session.

Outside the weekly chain, Autumn also brings a photo challenge and a collectible task. The photo one asks for a shot of any 1990s Jaguar, which is easy enough if you already own one or can pick one up from the Autoshow. The collectible task is a bit more hands-on. You need to drive into the bamboo forest and smash at least 30 stalks. Arashiyama Bamboo Forest is the spot everyone talks about, and once you are there, it is just a matter of driving through and not overthinking it. If you want the rewards without dragging the week out, now is a good time to tick these off while they are fresh in your head, and if your credit balance is looking thin, it might make sense to buy Forza Horizon 6 Credits before you start chasing every extra event.
